Angel is wonderful, but your communication is much less than adequate. Your email has not come through. The free cleaning I was promised at the beginning of this contract has not materialized. I have no proper means of getting in touch with you. As to Angel’s tips, we handle that in person in cash.

I really loved how she cleaned both my bathrooms! However it didn’t look like my kitchen was swept or moped. She made my bed and organize my essentials in my bathroom which was a plus. I just would like next time to stay in the window of cleaning time and not go over, and maybe tell me what didn’t get done. Overall it was a great first experience for me using Homeglow and Alyssa.

Alyssa's partner was who showed up, but she did a WONDERFUL job. I had a lot more than 3 hours of cleaning to do, but she was able to tackle the biggest jobs solo, and totally aced it! Now that those daunting jobs are out of the way, I feel capable of doing the rest! No judgement, just help. We all need it from time to time, and I appreciate that she was able to get so much done!

She was flexible, I double-booked appointments on my calendar, and she accommodated by adjusting our start time. When I returned home, old me was very impressed.
