To start your ForeverClean Membership:

1. Purchase a cleaning voucher for any amount of cleaning hours.
2. Schedule or book your first cleaning appointment.
3. When your first home cleaning occurs, your ForeverClean Membership will start on that date.

To manage or cancel your ForeverClean Membership (subscription):

1. Visit your dashboard's menu by clicking on the upper left part of the page.
2. Select 'Settings'
3. Click 'Membership'.

ForeverClean Membership Policy:

A ForeverClean Membership auto-renews monthly with a minimum 6-month paid commitment. Membership and subscription plans can be cancelled based on the following:

• If 6 paid months or less, there is an Early Termination Fee. This fee is calculated based on the discount received on your first cleaning, and is calculated as the full non-membership price for your first cleaning. The Early Termination fee typically ranges from $150-200, but can vary based on the discount you received initially.
• If more than 6 paid months, there is no Early Termination fee.
